    Ronnie-G, Did you ever get this figured out?
    I was looking for exactly this.  I just want the tables for Countries, States/regions, and cities.  So I can put them in dropdowns where you can select the country and it will fill the states dropdown, then you can select the state and it would fill the cities dropdown.
